Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Diehard Sports Network ("Diehard," "the Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or create multiple accounts.
• Provide accurate information. Your display name may be a pseudonym, but your email and full name must be real.

3. Membership Tiers

Diehard offers multiple membership levels, including free and paid tiers. Paid memberships (VIP, The Starting 22) may include additional features, access and recognition. Verified former players receive Letterman status. Pricing, tier benefits and availability are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. User-Generated Content

When you post comments or other content on Diehard, you retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Diehard a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute and promote your content in connection with the Site.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory or hateful
• Contains personal information about others without consent
• Is spam, solicitation or commercial advertising
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights
• Contains obscenity or content not appropriate for a sports community

5. Commenting Policy

Comments are a core part of the Diehard community. We want passionate, informed conversation. We also want it to stay civil. By posting a comment, you agree to the following:

• Be respectful. Disagree with the take, not the person. No personal attacks on other users, players, coaches or their families.
• Stay on topic. Comments should be relevant to the article or the discussion thread.
• No hate speech. Racism, sexism, homophobia and slurs of any kind will result in immediate removal and possible account suspension.
• No doxxing.Do not post personal information about athletes, coaches, other users or private individuals — including phone numbers, addresses, financial information or non-public social media accounts.
• No spam or self-promotion. Do not post commercial links, referral codes, fundraising solicitations or repetitive content.
• No misinformation. Do not present rumors, speculation or unverified claims as fact. Label speculation clearly.
• Profanity in moderation. We are not going to police every word, but excessive profanity, slurs or content that would make someone uncomfortable reading on their phone at a family gathering will be removed.

Enforcement: Comments that violate these guidelines may be flagged, removed or result in account suspension at the discretion of Diehard moderators. Repeat violations will result in permanent account termination. We do not owe warnings before action, but we will be fair.

Reporting: If you see a comment that violates these guidelines, email community@diehardsportsnetwork.com with a link to the article and a description of the issue.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to harass, bully or target other users or public figures
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Scrape, crawl or collect data from the Site using automated tools without permission
• Interfere with the Site's operation or infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization

7. Moderation

Diehard reserves the right to remove, edit or flag any user-generated content at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the community. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so.

8. Diehard's Content

All articles, graphics, branding and editorial content published by Diehard are owned by Diehard Sports Network and protected by copyright. You may share links to our content but may not reproduce, redistribute or republish it without written permission.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Diehard may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ends, but these Terms survive as applicable.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Diehard is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of user-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diehard's total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $100 for free users).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.
