South Alabama's Bullock, Voisin earn NFL opportunities after record-setting careers
The running back signed with Cincinnati; the veteran receiver heads to Tampa Bay for minicamp

Two Jaguars who helped define South Alabama football over the past several seasons are headed to NFL camps.
Running back Kentrel Bullock signed an undrafted free agent deal with the Cincinnati Bengals, while wide receiver Devin Voisin earned a rookie minicamp invitation from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Bullock leaves South Alabama as one of the most productive ball carriers in program history. In three seasons, he rushed for 2,364 yards and 25 touchdowns — both third all-time at USA. He added three receiving touchdowns, tying him for third in total touchdowns in school history. His final season was his best: 1,085 yards on the ground, a new single-season rushing record that earned him First Team All-Sun Belt honors and a spot in the East-West Shrine Bowl.

Voisin's path was different — longer, steadier and deeply rooted in Mobile. He arrived at South Alabama in 2019 as a true freshman and didn't leave until after the 2025 season, a seven-year career that made him a fixture in the program and the community. He finished with 172 receptions for 2,133 yards and 10 touchdowns — third in school history in both career receptions and receiving yards.
Beyond the stat line, Voisin was the kind of player programs are built around. He earned All-Sun Belt Honorable Mention in 2022 and Second Team All-Sun Belt in 2025. He represented South Alabama as the program's Wuerffel Trophy nominee in 2025 — an award recognizing community service alongside athletic achievement — and capped his college career at the 2026 Senior Bowl in Mobile, playing his final game in his college town.
Tampa Bay gets a polished route runner with experience in every possible college football situation. Voisin gets a chance to prove that seven years of development translates to the next level.
